比普通食谱还要厚的食谱


这本东方美食食谱是我在等男友下班的时候买的。
买的时候纯粹是因为它很便宜。


刚开始还以为它只不过是本‘比普通食谱还要厚的食谱’(一共512页)
原来首127页都在介绍每种材料的资料，包括：
生长地区、营养价值、怎样煮才好吃、该配什么吃等等。
单单辣椒它已可以长篇大论，论够两面。

虽然是长气了一点，毕竟这本书是真的很informative，
目前这本‘比普通食谱还要厚的食谱’是我每晚临睡前必定要看的书哦~

    I doze everytime I read this book! Haha~ I really like the photos in the book, and I like their explanation of each of the ingredients too~
