日本市场在香港很受欢迎,要找家中式餐馆还比找日本餐厅更难哦!
在铜锣湾时代广场食通天第13楼就有这么一家超好吃的日本餐厅,叫WasabiSabi,
是我们抵达香港后的第一顿晚餐。
餐厅的布置很精美细致,尤其是走廊的一卷卷的灯,太优雅浪漫了!
Alex 提早订了一张比较有privacy 的booth,
好让我们在没有人干扰的情况下好好用餐~
Alex 和我穿得美美的,当然要拍拍照咯!

以下的不用多说,看照片就知道它的好吃~
这道日本自制芝麻豆腐是菜单上的重点哦~
豆腐软到来又Q,一口咬下去就试出师傅的功力真强!
平时的豆腐是用汤匙盛的,这豆腐Q到用筷子夹也行!
吃日本餐时必要点的一道茶壶汤!壶子里面装满了海鲜~

这个是在香港两个星期内吃过最好吃的料理 --
鹅肝蒸蛋 Foie Gras with steamed eggs
如果要跟芝麻豆腐比的话,这道鹅肝蒸蛋可能就比较特别咯!
甜不辣!Tempura!
Teriyaki Grilled Tiger Prawn

Sonia: yes yes!!! That is a very brilliant dish! The steamed eggs blends well with foie gras, very smooth texture and rich flavours!
WasabiSabi...what a name, ha! This restaurant looks awesome! Nice decor and setting. And the food looks delicious too! 鹅肝蒸蛋 looks very very interesting, I have never tried that before. We will probably love this restaurant.
Bravo to Alex for reserving a privacy booth, he sure plan ahead. A rare feature in guy.
I am sure you will like it Colin cause we are both quite similar in food preference... I am feeling so lucky to meet Alex too... hehe
