迷你蛋挞


冰箱里剩下的buttermilk 不能留,也不能丢。
那。。。就拿来做迷你蛋挞好了!

我比较懒,用了puff pastry 当蛋挞皮。
要是有心,自己做的面皮效果一定会更好!

1 把面皮切成四方,沿着烤盘的圆圈圈捏进去。(记得在烤盘上先上一层油)

2 放进烤炉180度烤5-10分钟。

3 另外,将三粒鸡蛋、三大汤匙糖、半杯buttermilk打匀。
4 把蛋浆小心倒入面皮里,再放进烤炉180度烤15-20分钟就行!

过程很简单,不需1小时就搞定了。
材料只需:三粒鸡蛋、三大汤匙的糖、半杯buttermilk、面皮、少许牛油。
烤盘大的话,烘烤时间就要拉长些,
我做的刚好是baby 蛋挞,准备+烘烤时间就缩短了许多~
漂亮吗?

我所用的材料并不多,才区区半个大腕而已。
这样的分量已经足够做出16个小型蛋挞了,
八个归我们,令八个送了给Alex 的爸爸~

good idea to use puff pastry, but too bad I cant try to bake it so soon, I will be very busy from now onwards, since my new helper have yet to come, and old one had gone back today, so tired doing housework the whole day.
