嗨,我回来了!


嗨,久违了!
我没失踪,只是工作那里压力太大,心情有点糟糕。
在这里我想特别跟我父母朋友道歉,
我居然压力到连跟你们讲电话都提不起颈。
大家说得对,要开心其实不难,
找吃的就能化解郁闷的心情了。

最近我们还像往常一样煮得多,
昨天,突然想吃面条,
就索性把厨柜里的鸡胸肉、材鱼、miso、紫菜都拿出来做Soba面。
另外也做了沙爹、炸鸡翼和包菜。

两个人的食欲,是不是很好呢?

没办法,吃,就是我唯一解压的方法。

吃那么多,我又不想肥!
所以,最近,工作压力起来我就吃,
吃饱了晚上就去跑步。
我每一天就这样增肥减肥的。
真矛盾~~~

Glad to have you back. Good to know that you're feeling 100% now! Aren't you going to HK soon?

Wonderful and yummy looking foods as always! Faye and I are the same way too, we love to eat...too hard to give it up so we work out to compensate...hahaha...I think that's what we called "healthy living"...no? LOL!

谢谢大家!!!我心情真是好多了。呵呵!我爱游泳,可是这里的泳池都很脏。唉~
所以现在都一直跑步减肥。呵呵!

我们多三个星期又去香港了!好期待噢!
