羊扒马铃薯泥


我本身对羊肉没有很大兴趣,可是偶尔男友喜欢吃我就陪他一起吃咯~
在新家上漆的时候,晚餐大部分都是男友煮的,
这一餐是上星期某日的晚餐~ 羊扒马铃薯泥~
很香呢!羊肉加了很多的rosemary herb,那股超强烈的牛奶味就完全不见啦!

晚餐吃饱饱,我给他做了这个貌相kaya ball 的豆沙ball~

In my cooking life, I never cook lamp chop before, dont know what parts to buy, dont know how to cook, dont know how to get rid of the "Sou" smell, all these dont know, I give up. But Alex nicely cook this lamp chop, well done.

Yea... agree Sonia... I am afraid of the milky smell of lamb too thats why I seldom have them... it has to be well marinated to muffle the smell...

Alex is truly amazing, while the house getting a new coat of paint and still find time and energy to cook this dish and decorated it too! And you too, kaya ball and 豆沙ball?! Wow! You guys are perfect for each other!
