五号餐单


我们的情侣关系是发生在某冬天的五号里。
所以每个月的五号我们都会为这份难得的缘份干杯。
一开始的时候,我们都是穿美美出去外面吃好的。
久而久之,人懒了就随便在家庆祝好了。

今天,难得Alex 这么细心的准备这一餐,
我想这餐肯定比外面卖的还要好吃咯!

这是Grilled Perch Nile (鱼)和Pancetta(其中一种意大利熏火腿)。
这道主菜配上Lemony cream dill sauce 十分好吃!

鱼和火腿分别用frying pan 两面稍微煎熟,再放到烤箱里和lemon rind 和lime leaves 一起grill 大约5-10分钟。至于配菜,Alex 很简单的把asparagus 和小马铃薯放到热水里滚大约15分钟,取出之后再和鱼跟火腿一同摆上碟面,淋上一层白酱就行了。

白酱准备方法:Lemon juice,mayonnaise,dill(打匀)。

yes Sonia... if you come around, we wont be hesitate to serve you with all we can do in our little kitchen... haha... and you can prepare us a nice chiffon for dessert... hahahaha... !

Thanks Colin once again! I like the second picture too but Alex normally likes it when I take an overall photo of the dish instead of zooming at the details... hehe... yess... this is a very delicate dish of Alex! I thank him so much for making me this...!
