海鲜蔬菜篇


大前晚疯了,一顿晚餐煮了三道肉料理,
有春卷啦、Lemongrass 肉饼啦、还有Alex 喜欢的Ayam kadazan,

图片没放上来的原因是因为拍得不好看,
整张餐桌就是红红肉肉的,好恐怖哦!呵呵~
所以隔天的晚餐,我们决定多吃点蔬菜,帮助消化昨天的“野兽餐”!

我的这道菜真是很简单,不用5分钟就搞定了。
材料包括:Shimeji mushroom, Broccolini, Scallop, Small prawns, Garlic (sliced), Egg

做法:爆香蒜头,加入蘑菇、菜花小火焖出味道。
快煮好的时候再加入小虾与带子,然后用蛋白将汤汁调稠。


Alex 他也不甘示弱哦!
短短20分钟也烹调出一道香喷喷的Baked cauliflower with tuna and cheese

他的材料比我的更简单:
Cauliflower, Tuna can, Mozzarella (Chedder 或Parmesan 会更好), Paprika, Tarragon herbs

做法:将包菜花以Paprika 调味煮八成熟,再端到Casserole 碗里。
加入Tuna 与Cheese,然后放入烤箱里烤15分钟就行啦!

嗯~ 简简单单又一餐咯!

Both dishes are look great and delicious, but I like the Alex's dish little more than you, because I have never tried this before, I will cook this and I'm sure my kids will love it since cheese is added. I bought a pkt of paprika, but didn't use it till now, because I dont know how to cook it, now I know already.

Both dishes looks yummy! At first I thought the baked cauliflower with tuna and cheese is actually egg, oppsss...

谢谢您啊!我没开大灯,家里的灯光都是微暗的,相机用的是white balance mode (panasonic lumix fs3),为何这么问呢?
