烤红鱼与饺子


原本打算做Fish Chips,结果逛超市时看到Red snapper 有便宜!
趁其他“师奶”还没发现之前,我跟“鱼佬”要了一整只中等size 的鱼,
其实也没怎么中等,买回家居然放不下大锅,所以不能用来蒸,只能烤!

嗯。。。其实我也没有很把握耶~ 我确实是贪心了一点,
小只一点可能会比较好弄,大大只分两人吃好像夸张了点哦?呵呵~

照片上的那里鸡蛋是个大号(Large),那条鱼几乎有它十几倍般大哟~


因为烤鱼要看size,这条鱼我只能大概大概以200度烤(Bake)15分钟,
再用高温Grill 15分钟 (小叮咛:记得要盖锡纸哦!)

腌制材料跟普通鱼大同小异,姜片、葱头、蒜头都很重要,
香菜(Corriander)跟葱叶(Shallot)也是去腥的好材料!

在等鱼在烤的时候,我也包了几个饺子让Alex 他边吃边等~

在处理鱼时,鱼鳞乱飞,清洗那方面自然麻烦了点咯,
但这一餐总算夺得他的欢笑,又是一天快乐的厨房记~

This is kind a big fish, I just wonder both of you can finish the whole fish? Anyway, it look delicious.
Your 饺子 shape look very nice, I prepared it yesterday, but no eye to see the shape, so ugly, will post it soon.

Haha... no eye see (this is so funny!)... Yes! You cant believe it cause we are both very big eaters! We finished the fish with some rice, dumplings plus some chips as entree! Cant wait to see your dumplings sonia!

Wow! Talk about multi-tasking, make dumpling while grilling your fish. Alex is a lucky guy!
