这几天我们的晚餐所用的材料都是普普通通,便便宜宜的。
一煲日式蔬菜咖喱和一碟炸虾子都不用20块钱,真经济!
只要多花点心思和时间,再便宜的材料都能烹调出一顿丰盛的晚餐!
炸虾子做法:
1 将去壳虾子清洗,蘸点薯粉后在蘸蛋浆。
2 然后两面蘸满面包屑,待油八成热再放进锅里轻轻炸至两面金黄。
甜酱材料:
1 两大汤匙Teriyaki sauce、少许黑酱油、黑胡椒、两大汤匙黄糖、香菜末(Corriander),放到锅里慢热并搅拌均匀。
日式咖喱的蔬菜种类包括:
茄子、红萝卜、Kipfler 马铃薯、大葱、黄灯笼椒
做法:
1 先把蔬菜切块,再以少许油将茄子、灯笼椒、红萝卜和马铃薯煎半成熟。
2 另外爆香大葱,然后加入蔬菜再拌入Japanese Golden Curry Paste。
3 加少许水份焖够20分钟即可。
这就是我们俩的丰盛晚餐啦!

Aiyo! Don't say that! We don't normally cook at home until we started to hang out together~ Our international infusion comes mainly from Alex, cause he is a half greek, half chinese, a british, an australian resident and he been to japan too! And I got my inspiration mainly from iron chef... ^^ I like traditional chinese cooking, but I dont know how to cook them, so I have to constantly look at yours and nancy's blogs all the time for inspiraton! You are a great cook my sweety~
