Ya loh! Chinese sausage is not 清淡 at all...hehehe...but I will definitely like my porridge like this! What does 两个汤匙一碗粥 meant? I'm a kitchen rookie, you can tell.

Is this considered 清淡? Haha~ please excuse the choice of words I used cause I havent been practising any chinese writing for a while and they are really lousy when it comes to descriptive/adjective wordings~ Hm... shall I say this congee is "light" rather than 清淡? Hehe~
