我男友他喜欢咖喱配饭吃,我常常都给他煮最传统的Malaysian curry,
这次因为想转换一下新口味,所以就煮了Thai green curry chicken。
煮这道清咖喱并不难,
只要有些green curry paste、lemongrass、姜末、鸡腿肉、灯笼椒、蘑菇、椰奶就行了!

还有煎酿豆腐炒花菜~ 相信许多妈妈在家里都会做~
豆腐卜里本身包了猪肉碎,滚出来的汤汁真的很有味!
除了鲜蚝油、白胡椒、枸杞和少许白糖,
我们还加了一汤匙的辣椒油,所以这道也带点小辣味哦!

Looks yummy! Even though I don't like spicy food, I like curry, I have no idea why. Thai green curry is one of my fav.

Thai green curry is one of my fav too! I can eat up to 2 big bowls of rice with just a single dish like this!
