之前看到每个人都在家里煮这道红烧狮子头,
我想有机会我也要试试做做看。
隔了一段时间,我居然忘了自己原本还打算要试煮这个!
直到昨晚...
我们俩在讨论晚餐该煮什么的时候,
我提议翻开我们那500页的食谱。
翻到哪一页,就煮哪一道!
最后翻开的那一面就是这道红烧狮子头!
狮子头我还是第一次尝试煮,
对这道菜我真的不熟悉,也没有把握!
还好最后还是被吃完啦~ 还算及格啦!哈哈~

Preparation + cooking took me about an hour to finish~ It is a bit time consuming so next time I will marinate the mince a day before~ hehe~
