Bacon, Mozzarella & Tomato Quiche


材料:

1 sheet flan/shortcrust pastry
mozzarella 起司
1 番茄切成薄片
4 鸡蛋打匀
100g bacon 切成薄片
1 杯thickened cream
调味料 (herbs for seasoning, e.g. basil, mixed herbs, oregano)


做法:

1 烤箱预热200度。
2 把pastry case 烤至10分钟. 搁在一边待用。
3 将烤箱温度降低至180度.
4 将bacon 切片均匀铺在pastry base。
5 将鸡蛋打匀,加入thickened cream,mozzarella,调味料,盐和胡椒
(如果有parmesan 会更好吃!)
6 将蛋液倒入pastry base。
7 在蛋液表面铺上番茄切片。
8 烘烤25分钟即可享用。

很轻快的一顿餐,是男友准备的。
而且超经济,十块钱两个人吃饱饱~

this is look like outside selling, yummy yummy.
Never prepare Quiche before, I need to give a try next time.

Easy and nice meal~ I like eating eggs so this dish is perfect for me! This dish does taste like frittata too!
