Garlic & Herbs Bread


男友有一样食谱是我很喜欢的。
他很会做浓汤,也很自然地会做面包。
以下是今晚他给我做来送汤吃的Garlic & Herbs Bread,
是我一直都很想跟大家分享的食谱。


Garlic & Herbs Bread


Ingredients:

Olive oil 橄榄油
Fresh garlic,thinly sliced 蒜头切片
Italian herbs 意大利香料
Vienna Crusty Sourdough Bread (面包店里都买得到)



Method

1 将烤箱预热200 度。
2 将面包以1.5cm 厚度切片。
3 两面涂上橄榄油,再撒上italian herbs。
4 将蒜头切片用力涂抹在面包上(把蒜头留在面包上,别扔了哦!)
5 烤10分钟。然后把oven 转去grill function,在烘5分钟即可!

好香哦~ 送罗宋汤或鸡汤喝真是太棒了!
