肉骨茶Bak kut teh


在医生那里打完感冒针(fluvax)后,突然觉得身体应该补一下
印象中家里好像还有几包肉骨茶汤包,
所以就跑到超市去买了几块漂亮的猪肉,
今晚就肉骨茶送饭吃...

肉骨茶煮法很简单,1公斤肉配一包茶包,
再加一颗蒜头,两汤匙黑酱油,豆豉酱,蚝油,蘑菇,黑胡椒等等
喜欢辣的可以加点干辣椒 (看个人咯!),
只需把肉煮到软就可。

原本打算送饭的,
结果煮了一把日本somen 送汤吃。

I was originally thinking about trying out your croissant tonight, but had to cancel after a long-exhausting time at work... Cant wait to see this new food invention this weekend though... *excited*
