Tuna 火腿 Calzone

还好雪格里还有那么一点baby peas,
还有一罐tuna 和吃剩一块的火腿。
索性用来做calzone 好了!
而且又快速又好吃(因为肉多多嘛~ 呵呵~)

Calzone 做法:

材料:puff pastry,tuna,ham,baby peas,mozzarella (如果有spinach 会更好!)

1. 以沸水将baby peas 煮至浮。再混入tuna 碎里(材料A)。

2. 把番茄酱和材料A 抹在puff pastry 的角落。

3. 将火腿切片铺在上面。接着mozzarella。

4. 将puff pastry 封口,再用蛋白抹到pastry 身上。

5. 最后放到烤炉220度烤15分钟即可。

轻松又容易,最适合我这种又懒又很爱吃(肉) 的人~

嗯~ 鬼佬最爱pastry咯~ 其实calzone可以做得更好,只是冰箱冷空了,只好做个比较简单的一人份~

This pastry look yummy and easy to prepare. But I not really like the ready made pastry skin sell in the supermarket here, there are too strong smell. Maybe I should prepare my own pastry skin next time.

I agree, if you can make yourself the dough that would be even more delicious I imagine~ This recipe is specially invented for lazy bums like me~ hehe~
