澳洲肺鱼(Barramundi)应该怎么煮?

大马人可能比较不常吃。
在澳洲Barramundi可是个贵鱼。
价格跟三文鱼(Salmon) 差不多。
一公斤大概卖$37 澳币。所以我们平时都不乱买来吃。

今天因为要弄Fish & Chips,
所以就买了一片不厚不薄的Barramundi
回家洗了以后,再沾上面粉、蛋液和面包碎屑,然后拿去炸成金黄。
(外面吃大部分都是烤(grill),不然就啤酒打击(beer-batter))

这餐是很好吃!
可是也不宜多吃~
因为炸食很肥腻而且又热气。
想吃得健康一点,就自己加点番茄或salad 咯~



Barramundi是... ???

澳大利亚肺鱼产于澳大利亚昆士兰 (Queensland),
是现代肺鱼中最大的种类。
体长约125厘米,重达10千克。
能食用,肉味颇佳。

Never heard
"Barramundi" before, you should show us the actual appearance before you fry it, at least we know how it look like mah..

Just uploaded a couple of photos of Barra. I think it is a 淡水鱼, so it doesn't taste as salty and as fishy as most other fishes~ The fillet is tender and melts in your mouth. Barra has a light taste and definitely is not as oily as Salmon

Look macam "ikan Siakap" in Malaysia, hahaha...
