为了庆祝纪念日,每个月的五号男友通常都会为我准备晚餐。
今天的晚餐有点小创意,
公平的说一句:这餐他真是下了不少功夫哦~ 呵呵~
他在厨房边忙的时候,我就站到厨房的一旁细心观察。
趁他不注意的时候,我就溜进去偷拍了几下照片。
看到他还挺享受准备这餐的过程,我也替他感到开心。
我并不清楚他用了什么香料,
隐隐约约是看到 nutmeg,rosemary,italian herb,
还有一些盐啊... 胡椒粉啊... 之类的~
整个过程我所瞄到的是:
1 & 2 爆香奶油、葱头和蘑菇,然后搁在一旁。在另一个锅子里把腌好的牛扒煎成三分熟。
3 把puff pastry割成一半,先把牛扒摆到pastry的上半身去。
4 & 5 再把爆香过的材料倒在牛扒身上。然后把puff pastry折成一半封盖。
(记得pastry身上还需涂上一层蛋液)
6 最后把pie 放到烤箱里以180度烤上30分钟就可以上菜啦!
看到宝贝煮到整个脸红红的,觉得可怜但又很幸福。
所以这餐我给他打了100分!

yea, he is really good in pastry cooking~ I tried the croissant today and it was a big failure~ will upload my funny photo of croissant soon!

No wonder! Puff pastry is a lazy way of cooking! 温馨小屋's recipe is more into detail~ OKAY! I have to make a second attempt this coming weekend again, thanks~~~ what sort of flour did you use? Not sure what she meant by 高筋面粉? Self-raising flour?
