皇帝鸡 Emperor Chicken


男友的妈咪从大马买回来很多茶包。
知道我喜欢煮吃,就给了我几包。
今晚我用了‘皇帝鸡药材’来烹调这道‘皇帝鸡’!
嗯!真的好香~ 好好吃~ 而且一点都不难做~

烹饪方法:

1. 将‘皇帝鸡药材’搽在鸡身内外。再将蒜头和lemon thyme 塞入鸡内。

2. 用塑纸(oven bag)将鸡包紧,再用锡纸(alum foil)包在外。

3. 放入烤箱230度烤45分钟。把烤好的‘皇帝鸡’盛在盘中。

4. 将chestnut 放入还热的烤箱。两分钟后取出。

5. 以蒜头和chestnut 中火炒熟小白菜,然后围上‘皇帝鸡’。


是不是很简单呢?

用锡纸包在外的好处是茶包里的香味通通渗入鸡肉里,
鸡肉松软,味道很香甜~
不好的是烤出来鸡皮一点都不脆~

Look very yummy and delicious.
Maybe next time you dont wrap with Aluminium foil, you can get crispy skin.

Sonia: yea~ I tried 'without aluminium foil' before and the skin was really crispy but the taste is not as good~ there is always a compromise, sigh~
