烧卖 + 意大利面 = 晚餐


烧卖的灵感来自Taste of Home
是一位刚移民到美国去的太太所设立的美食部落。
本来只想阅读人家的部落打发时间,
怎知看到烧卖食谱突然猛吞口水,
就开始自己动手做起来~

也因猪肉碎买太多了,顺便也煮顿意大利pasta。
这次的面条可是自己打的哦~

做法很简单,就像面粉糕一样,
只是面团多加点橄榄油而已~

自己动手动脚烹调出来的食物往往比较健康,也比较好吃~

These are great shots! Great perspective on the 4th shot. Good exposure, one thing you can improve on is the harsh lighting. Maybe the light source is too close, if that's the case, move the light a little further. If not, you can put a piece of white paper between your light source and subject to diffuse the light a little. The intention is to create a softer shadow. Hope it helps.
